This has been a pretty disappointing experience. I filed my taxes only to find out 3 weeks later, when I called for an update, that my tax lady put in the wrong ein and it was rejected. I was never notified of this.. I had a new lady resubmit with the correct ein, and haven't heard anything in the last couple of weeks. They have ridiculous hours in the off season and it's hard to get a hold of anyone. The communication has been poor this whole process. I won't be using them again next year. Don't recommend
James was very attentive to what I needed when I was at H & R Block, I had several Things I need to take care of and he did it all in a timely manner. He was very efficient and very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. even though I forgot something at the house and had to come back a few days later we still got it done in a timely manner, which was great. Thank you so much for your time. And for all your help.
