I found this office rather unprofessional. This past year I had incorrect information submitted to GA Dept of Revenue. I submitted the correct info and got back an email that the next day would be my tax preparers last day in the office (this season?) and that my concern would be directed to someone else - who was also conveniently going to be out of the office the following week.
