The Lady that did my husband's taxes this morning at 9 am was very rude, impersonal, and offered zero information on my husbands refund . Scanning paperwork should only be 1 job requirement not the whole service . Charged us a hundred dollars and rudely not inform us of anything about his refund ... NEVER AGAIN !!!
