Started filing online had trouble, asked a question and got an answer. Couldn't undo. Made an appt. agent not familiar with the online version and got a different answer to my question. So instead of $55 for online was charged $290!
I’ve used them for several years. When covid hit we took advantage of some covid tax benefits. We got audited 2 years in a row so far. Took back to hr block and they said it was our responsibility to pay when it was there mess up. Never going back to hr block

My taxes were rejected and I was charged 77 dollars because of a mistake they made
