When I arrived, they couldn’t find my appointment , NOBODY notified me that the person I was seeing was sick and I was assigned another person whom my husband and I didn’t understand and he couldn’t understand what we wanted and needed. To top it all the man at the check out window was so rude and not helpful at all. It was a very unpleasant experience. Never again!
We have been going to JR Stewart here at this HR Block for nearly a decade. Very professional, very kind and very quick to get our taxes done every year.
