Really bad customer service I couldn't even ask a question without being cut off rudely
Happy customer here! For the second year in a row, Marguerite Jones helped me file my taxes at this location. Her kindness, expertise, , efficiency, and sense of humor all contribute to a very positive experience for this client. My taxes were a little more complex this year than last year, and Marguerite breezed through my paperwork, and had my taxes filed In about an hour. Kimberly Knowlton has helped me for two consecutive years, and I’ve felt relaxed knowing that my taxes were filed correctly. She asks clarification questions along the way to make sure that I’m getting the maximum possible return, and she explains what the numbers mean and why I paid/got the return amount. I feel confident that everything was filed correctly, even with my taxes being more complicated this year, and will return to her for a fast and easy filing process next year.
We also had a bad experience with Kimberly. I normally just use TurboTax and file online myself, but this year we bought a house and had storm damage so I thought we should go to a professional. We provided Kim with all of our documentation. She failed to explain how much he "service" was going to cost.... She only made a face and said "it would cost a fortune." Eric was great last year...the manager here Kimberly is horrible incompetent and rude and lacks basic customer skills...she wants you to everything ahead of time What is the point in coming in and getting help. Lazy and rude and incompetent!!!
