We also had a bad experience with Kimberly. I normally just use TurboTax and file online myself, but this year we bought a house and had storm damage so I thought we should go to a professional. We provided Kim with all of our documentation. She failed to explain how much he "service" was going to cost.... She only made a face and said "it would cost a fortune." Eric was great last year...the manager here Kimberly is horrible incompetent and rude and lacks basic customer skills...she wants you to everything ahead of time What is the point in coming in and getting help. Lazy and rude and incompetent!!!
Made an appointment here to file my taxes. Not only was there an insanely long wait, but they were taking others before those that had an appointment. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
