I was initially charged a $99 service fee when filing my taxes. Approximately fifteen minutes after leaving the office, the tax preparer called to inform me that my Marketplace medical insurance information needed to be added in order for my return to be accepted. I could have done it for free the same way there is no difference in the way they did them as far as credits and all that. Horrible service will not be back.
