As a Christian, I can't help but commend businesses that provide a benefit to their customers by hiring experienced professionals. Joanne Silvia, at the 510 ssw loop 323 in Tyler Tx, is just that. She does your taxes like the back of her hand, and answers your questions as soon as you finish asking.
If I could give 0 stars I would, such a horrible experience. You advertise bring us your taxes for a second look, this year I tried it out. I use TurboTax and will continue. I was questioning our taxes due to scholarship $ received and a much lower return. I went online and made an appointment to drop off and talk with a consultant for March 3rd.
