I made an appointment, the general manager emailed me and told me to choose another location and time. I chose this location and had an appointment. When I came in, they said they didn’t see my appointment. A woman had a client. The older gentleman was on the phone not caring and other person did not have clients but they told me I need to wait for the woman.
