First time using HR Block; won’t use them again. Lots of misinformation and confusion with them .

I made an appointment, the general manager emailed me and told me to choose another location and time. I chose this location and had an appointment. When I came in, they said they didn’t see my appointment. A woman had a client. The older gentleman was on the phone not caring and other person did not have clients but they told me I need to wait for the woman. If I’m considered a walk in because YOU don’t see my appointment, then shouldn’t I get the next representative? I waited 30 minutes which was very generous and left. La... read more
