I made an appointment, the general manager emailed me and told me to choose another location and time. I chose this location and had an appointment. When I came in, they said they didn’t see my appointment. A woman had a client. The older gentleman was on the phone not caring and other person did not have clients but they told me I need to wait for the woman. Be careful with the employee Kathleen Finck. I don't fill the taxes with all the information I take to pay my taxes and that's why I create a debt in the IRS. I contacted the company so that they could give me a solution, since the policies they offer customers are that if an error of your employee occurs after we pay the debt to the IRS, then they pay it to you and I have been waiting for a long time for a response and they are only ignoring me.
