I don't think their secretary knows about phone etiquette. I had to repeat myself 5x about setting an appointment and then sets the wrong appointment time.

Second year filing with Patrocencio (sp) aka. “Tita Pat”. Here’s the thing she’s not for everyone. Smooth process from start to finish! Made appointment online and the receptionist called me to confirm my appointment. My tax preparer Denis helped find all deductions possible to maximize my refund. I’m looking forward to doing my taxes here again in 2027.
