Just called a few minutes ago to get some support with my taxes. Woman on the phone hung up on me and didn’t take the time to fully understand my situation or connect me with scheduling appointment. Really poor customer service.

I got told by a lady named Pat to, “just come in and pick up my papers and go somewhere else,” after I told her I felt like I’m not receiving any help regarding my crypto filing for this year, as it’s obvious she’s not too knowledge within her field.
