We have had Ann Smalley prepare our income tax for many years. We could not be more pleased with her and look forward to working with her in the future. We remain confident in her abilities to minimize our Federal and State tax costs.
Very unprofessional and got the feeling the person who did mine was rushing me out. Did not explain anything about my refund. My taxes did not even appear on the App they have. Plus, they did not take my banking information to notify both State and Federal where to deposit my refund. All they gave me was this Emerald Card. Called Customer Service and they informed me my refund would not be put on that card and it would be directly deposited in my bank.
