March 16-17 of 2023 (33 days before tax deadline): I uploaded my tax documents to the H&R Block website. Had an appointment to discuss initial questions and other needed information the next day. Weeks passed and never heard from the tax preparer despite sending emails and calling one week before tax day. Quick and painless tax service. My agent was patient and kind and explained everything in ways that were easy to understand.
i used these folks at this location twice in 2019 and 2020. for the 2020 taxes i felt that they where all in over there heads. I have now been audited twice because of these idiots. my last audit from the state of Georgia was just completed with me owing more money as these donkeys miss typed many things on the tax return. If you earn more than $3.74 a year stay away from these folks
