Disgusting staff! Just received the rudest and most insensitive phone call from a “Ms Neal”. Annica has consistently called me after hours - so that if I miss the call I wouldn’t be able to call her back. One of the staff members relayed to me that they came up with totally different numbers than annica when I called back ! And now this Ms neal calls me with the ugliest tone and a sarcastic attitude. Total shambles, quit them and went a CPA after they had our information and documents you a month.
