Set an appointment but don't tell me the location and I answered the questions on the phone and they won't tell me the location wthout my email. Lazy garbage customer service the worst
It took 15 mins for Serena to do my taxes. Granted I was alredy in system. But 15 mins, yes really. Easy parking right in front of door.
