Lex was very helpful and pull of positive energy. It sure is expensive to file your taxes there though....
This company is not worth your time. After I received a 3rd call from them saying that the specialist isn't available and "let's reschedule it to another date" I was deeply upset by such level of service. Second appointment was "100% confirmed that you'll get the service on this date and time". Lost a week without results being fed with empty promises. You can't do business that way with such sensitive subject as tax and money.
Serena made the whole process quick & easy. She also told us how to avoid paying every year. So glad Serena was professional & easy to work with!
