The 21 days is a lie. Its been 25 days, and could be up to 9 more weeks, IRS said. False advertising, Im gonna have to try another company next time. Barbara is the best, amazing woman at HR, but I dont trust tbe Corporation at all. We were lied to, not even any advance either. I wish I didnt say yes to the extra charges for assurity theyll handle everything. I had to do the work as IRS needed more info. So sad. We needed this sooner. I do not suggest using them.
This is the first time I’ve ever done an in-person tax service, and I am converted! I worked with Michelle, who has a lot of tax finesse. I had questions and she was super patient and educational. She made sure my taxes were easier and better, and knew how to keep more money in my pocket. Thank you!!!
