Oh my god, this place is the absolute best place to go to if you want your taxes done incorrectly or not done at all. We all know how understanding government is and how they loved to be played with. It's not like the IRS has EVER gone after people before whether or not you're at fault. First off some the Google pictures of this place is a flat out lie. After a week of attempts to confirm appointment with Ramon Vasquez (This office chooses not to answer their phone) I contacted the corporate customer service and spoke with Kennedy. Kennedy informed me Mr Ramon cancelled all his appointments today with no txt,call or email to inform us. No communication no offer to reschedule…clearly no apology for wasting our time unprofessional, Uncomcerned, Rude
