Terrible experience. I make an appointment at the local H&R Block site and it gives me an appointment with someone out of town, online. I deal with it. I enter all of my tax docs as prompted on the site and it has my wife (we are filing jointly) unfinished and filing herself and my info is finished, but filing with a professional in the office. I filled 3 yrs worth of taxes at the same time 21 and 23 got summited but 22 did not and the IRS is after me and the boone location is not open year round for me to get this handled. I'll never use HnR block again !
