I had a very disappointing experience with this tax preparation service. The preparer did not ask about any deductions beyond the standard deduction, which is a basic part of filing taxes properly. She also finalized my return before verifying whether my daughter qualified as a qualifying child—even though I wasn’t claiming her as a dependent, which can still impact certain credits.
