I had the pleasure of working with Tim Fields. He is a highly skilled accountant and really helped with my personal and small business tax filings for 2024. He provided valuable insights and assistance that helped me maximize my tax return. He explained the small business tax processes to me without making me feel inadequate for not knowing them. Piss poor service from Cathy. My husband and I met with her on February 16th. She helped us file our 2024 and was working on our 2023 taxes. She advised me she would be calling on February 18th. I never received a call which is understandable because it’s busy. I emailed her on February 19th and stated what I have in paraphrases below: “ Hi Cathy, I hope all is well. I'd like to recommend everyone to come to this place for your tax filing. A lady at the reception was very friendly and very nice. She even recommended me a good sandwich place nearby. And the tax advisor who took care of me was super nice as well and very professional. She filed the tax smoothly and what she explained was all clear. I forgot her name but she was a very nice Asian lady. I will definitely come back again.
