I'm not the most socially competent person, but the tax specialist they assigned to me was quite patient and kind even after I gave her the wrong information. If you happen to go to this particular H&R block, I would recommend asking for Joanna.

Tax prep doesn't have to be overly complicated especially if you do not have an overcomplicated situation. But if you have some ins and outs that are unique and an income situation that includes more than just a single income, then Angie is the tax preparer you need to visit.
