We are sooo disappointed and disgusted with Chris at H&R Block on Main Street in Anoka. We had Chris do our 2024 taxes and we ended up receiving a letter from the IRS stating we owed money. We brought this letter back into Chris and she said she will find the error and get it taken care of. A month later we received another letter showing the past due amount. We tried reaching Chris at the office but they are closed for the season. We ended up driving to St. Louis Park and was not only advised they couldn't fix it because we... read more
