Filled taxes with this H&R block for my 2024 taxes. They did not ask at all where I wanted my refund to be deposited to. Next think I know, it was sent to an old checking account that doesn't exist anymore. They were unable to fix the issue in the branch. Now I have to hope that the refund bounces back to the IRS, and then they will hopefully send a check to my house. Which will take forever I'm sure. Pretty puzzled as to why they wouldn't check and then double check that where I would want my refund sent to would be correct... read more
