My Tax Professional I had was Gosia Lindfeldt she was absolutely AMAZING!! She did the above and beyond for me and even helped me with my taxes from 2022 that were never filed! She was just out right very kind and very helpful and all that she could do for me witch I greatly appetciate!!
Do not go to this location! They charged me for taxes and didn’t not update the system that the money was received. They claimed I owed them and it took a month to clear up! Then when I filled my taxes months later they said I was not eligible for the EIC credit and then I received a letter from the IRS stating that I was eligible for $7390 and I did not claim it! The rep rushed through my taxes did not ask me any of the questions I am usually asked and she checked on my form that she did!!!!! Lastly I referred people there ... read more
I made my appointment one year ago in the office. It was rudely canceled four days before the date I'm not sure why?Better make your appointment two years in advance.
