We've been using H&R Block for 30 years and the experience has been great!
This place is terrible. They wouldn't quote pricing up front. We made an in-person appointment but they made us leave our taxes and go. Then we're told 24 hours and it's been a week. And now the taxes are in somebody else's hands. Unprofessional. Shady. No social skills. Communication is God awful. Never again. Paying over $500 for this service is a damned joke.
