Wow. The preparer was fine but the lady, Susana, who helped us sign our paperwork was slow, couldn't speak English and didn't respect our time as clients. She wasn't prepared with the documents for us to sign. She printed them out after we got there and took forever. If you've got plenty of time to waste and money go there. Horrible experience.
