Your sketchy call...just lost you business. If you call a customer and they say hello...and you ask who the person is without introducing yourself or your business its not a good look. It's kind of unprofessional to be honest. They wanted to confirm an appointment to which I asked when was this made...they claimed they didn't know and due to how unprepared and unprofessional they were...you now have lost business. I'd highly recommend teaching your staff on phone call etiquette immediately.
I have been working with Sue Gibson for 6 years and couldn't be happier with my filing experience. I understand that employees do not set the rate that it costs to file, so my thoughts on the service being overpriced should be considered separately. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful, and attentive. Couldn't imagine tax season without Sue!
