UNACCEPTABLE. Me and my business partner file our S-corp business tax here. Not only it get rejected, they file it wrong. They refuse to answer our calls to fix the issue. Either keep your money in your pocket or find somewhere else to file your taxes. Not recommended, and newer will
On February 5th, I spoke with Sue Gibson, who assured me that my taxes would be filed. I clearly explained that I needed my tax documents completed before the 21st due to an immigration process deadline. Despite this urgency, my taxes were never filed. I requested a refund after the missed deadline, but since then, I have received no response to my calls.
