I will never go back to H&R Block or this location. Fred did not submit my taxes the day I was there on February 12th. A month later when I still had not received my refund I called them to only find out that it was not submitted. When I called back the next day the receptionist said it was filed the night before. Fred then called me back the next night saying my taxes were in fact filed back in February when I was there which is a total lie and i have been waiting now 2 weeks to get a call back from a manager and still noth... read more
Peter W. Laes was very helpful & I was satisfied with his help.
Very poor service- they posted a tax return to my online portal that was not mine. Response was poor when I tried to straighten out issue- employee stating "that's above my pay grade" while she called her manager then I had to explain the situation to him on her dirty cell phone. I doubt you'll have any confidence your taxes are done correctly here... there are plenty of other places to chose from so do yourself a favor and don't go here.
