This is the second year in a row that a problem has been noticed by someone other than my “tax expert“. When we questioned them about it, we were informed they just enter the numbers and don’t look for mistakes. Their cost is too expensive for just a data entry clerk. One employee is a narcissistic liar that is too emotional to be dealing with the public. I do not feel my information is safe with that employee.
All the people there is very helpful an there is one there here in moulton al she helped me out alot an help me better understand my taxes an thank yall very much
