If giving zero stars was an option, that’s the rating I would have given. I will NEVER use HR block ever again. The accountant at the location I visited had next to zero knowledge on how to prepare my taxes- which is a pretty straightforward process considering my circumstances. After taking excessively long to complete them, answering zero of my questions appropriately or thoroughly, they informed me I would have to pay almost 700 dollars for their services.
