I called over 1 week ago asking if they can help me figure out if I qualify for the stimulus check and the receptionist told me that all the tax filers were busy and to give her my name and number and that she was going to give my info to someone and till this day no call...lack of communication..and the worst hr block
I have used Turbo Tax for years and while it seemed good at the time, H&R Block is my new go-to. After taking photos and uploading my W2 and all of the information from my new home purchase, Turbo Tax had me receiving a refund of $1500 dollars. I went to H&R and met with Kathleen Stenross for a second opinion. She was able to find more deductions from the house purchase and my return went to $4,400 total!! Sent Documents to Elizabeth 10/11 told her what i needed she called the next day confirming she got the documents and didn’t know what i wanted , called and sent email she never reached out i had to schedule a phone call to get back in touch after sending my documents and emailing her! i told her again what i wanted a simple renters rebate she said she’d work on it and call me in a day or two 7 days went by she never reached out! extremely frustrating and rude
I don’t know what Jacinda did to our taxes. We have had to pay over $600 in back taxes and fees. I really just want to talk to a manager. Or her… Every time I call it is someone from another country. We keep getting letters from the IRS that we are late and owe more money! Please go elsewhere. This place is a joke! Please Atleast try to help us HR block! Tried calling several times!
I had a phenomenal experience with Bryan Marshall as my tax pro. I gave him quite the handful to deal with, & he did! I highly recommend requesting an appt with him.
