Horrible company to do business with. I caught multiple errors that they made on my tax return and I think there may have been others since I still ended up paying more than I usually do for taxes. A couple of months later, I got a letter from the State of Minnesota because they only paid my federal taxes. This is costing me more money in penalties and interest. Steer clear of this company.
No follow up. I am stuck in a loop and don’t know when or if I will get my return. The lady called and left a message for Joy who doesn’t have any connection to me. Stuck in limbo and they don’t answer emails or care. Please do not use them.
I called over 1 week ago asking if they can help me figure out if I qualify for the stimulus check and the receptionist told me that all the tax filers were busy and to give her my name and number and that she was going to give my info to someone and till this day no call...lack of communication..and the worst hr block
I have used Turbo Tax for years and while it seemed good at the time, H&R Block is my new go-to. After taking photos and uploading my W2 and all of the information from my new home purchase, Turbo Tax had me receiving a refund of $1500 dollars. I went to H&R and met with Kathleen Stenross for a second opinion. She was able to find more deductions from the house purchase and my return went to $4,400 total!! Sent Documents to Elizabeth 10/11 told her what i needed she called the next day confirming she got the documents and didn’t know what i wanted , called and sent email she never reached out i had to schedule a phone call to get back in touch after sending my documents and emailing her! i told her again what i wanted a simple renters rebate she said she’d work on it and call me in a day or two 7 days went by she never reached out! extremely frustrating and rude
