This is my 3rd time filing here and it’s always been amazing. Jim has been doing my taxes and is very knowledgeable. Great experience all the time!
I called last week & spoke to Tiffany to book my appointment. She was so nice, professional & helpful. Then, I had my appt today with Lisa who put her heart & soul into preparing my taxes. Jim was also instrumental in clarifying any questions Lisa had. She explained my taxes to me. Patti, was at the front desk & was also very professional from beginning to the end. I was not happy with there people how they treat me
The manager at this location was the rudest most condescending person that I've ever dealt with at H&R Block. Tiffany Hampton should not have the position of a manager. I had questions about my tax return, and she acted as if I was bothering her by asking them. I couldn't get a straight answer, so I was left feeling very much unappreciated, and lost about my taxes.
