Came in for an appointment last week at the Brandt Location and had to reschedule. Asked if I could go to the Troy Pike location and was told yes by Tiffany. Showed up today and it was closed. Called the number to ask for help and Jennifer who answered told me it was closed. I asked why I was told that I could make an appointment there the week before. Disappointing experience with H&R Block. I arrived on time for my appointment but wasn’t seen until about 20 minutes later due to the preparer being with another client. The preparer was not knowledgeable about the Trump account when I asked questions. None of my tax paperwork was printed—my folder only contained the W-2s I brought in. For the high cost of services, I expected much better organization and expertise.
Amy helped me so much with my taxes and made everything super simple and easy this year for me!
