Disappointing experience with H&R Block. I arrived on time for my appointment but wasn’t seen until about 20 minutes later due to the preparer being with another client. The preparer was not knowledgeable about the Trump account when I asked questions. None of my tax paperwork was printed—my folder only contained the W-2s I brought in. For the high cost of services, I expected much better organization and expertise.
Amy helped me so much with my taxes and made everything super simple and easy this year for me!
The entire staff at Huber Heights OH office were great and friendly. Preparer Su was knowledgeable
