I am warning all customers of the malpractice I have recently endured for several weeks. My payroll checks have been frozen and taken from me as of june 11. The emerald card isn't secure anymore and several cards were issued in my name without me ordering them. The original one was sent out via ups on june 11th. This one never came. After waiting 40 minutes for my appointment, never did see a tax person. Their efficiency or lack thereof, scared me off.
