This place is ridiculous. Ladies at the front desk are rude and spend too much time gossiping. When you try to make an appointment, they'll have every time on any day available, EXCEPT the one time you need. Same problem, every year. They are also expensive. Anywhere would be a good alternative to this H&R Block location.
Lacey Yazzie is an amazing and informative tax associate at H&R Block Durango! I can't say enough about the time that she took with me, but I will, because Lacey was professional courteous and very knowledgeable I would recommend her as a AAA tax consultant in Durango Colorado.

**This has been a total nightmare for me! I called Arkansas about my tax refund of $800 dollars- they said I owe $367! Totally incompetent! Don’t let Ashley do your taxes!I called the CC company and I’m getting a total refund for $190 as they didn’t earn anything from me! BEWARE!! There is no upfront pricing as advertised. $190.00 for a simple return! My experience was not even 1 star.
