Lacey Yazzie was fantastic, she did everything she could for me! Can’t recommend her enough!!
Wasted our time! They wanted $385 to file our families taxes. Which I was willing to pay to make things easy. After hanging out for 45 min with this lady she tells us we owe money. We had a child last year and our incomes were only around 50k each. She seemed just as confused as we were didn't really have an answer to our questions so we decided not to file and went and did it ourselves online. Ginette Lau is the worst tax pro ever. They were rude at the front and then we sit down with the tax pro, i ask a simple question and she proceeds to explain everything like im a child but never actually answering my question. She was rude, hard to understand and constantlyrepeatedherself. I asked what something meant she proceeded to read me the page she just put in front of me, like im stupid. I have used HR block for 10+ years but now im rethinking that.. im going to have to drive down to bernalillo NM to file with my tax... read more
It's all about the people. Laura Corder was my tax pro, and tense me was very relaxed and confident me 5 minutes into our session. This is my second year of excellent service
This place is ridiculous. Ladies at the front desk are rude and spend too much time gossiping. When you try to make an appointment, they'll have every time on any day available, EXCEPT the one time you need. Same problem, every year. They are also expensive. Anywhere would be a good alternative to this H&R Block location.
