My husbands taxes never got processed for 2022 by Gina and the other HR Block lady Lisa gave us a voucher and said to call the IRS to waive the fees and penalties we accumulated. I called the IRS they said that the mess up is on HR Block and they should be responsible for paying the penalties that’s accumulated. I called and the lady I spoke to a lady and she made an appointment for us to go in and to see Lisa since she knew what was going on. They prepared my taxes in 2022 incorrectly. They made a huge mistake and took 4 plus months to fix it. I picked up the amended return today and it has more mistakes than the original filing.
