On the day of the deadline of filing taxes nowhere in Oxnard had any openings either was put on hold or the representatives didn't know any knowledge of what I was asking for but at the Ventura location next to the habit Desiree took my call she was fast friendly attentive answered all my questions and didn't take no for an answer I would definitely recommend this location for next year
