No help when they make mistakes. Had me pay $300 less then needed, IRS charged $700 in interest. Calling HR BLOCK, thier answer is: we dont get between you and IRS. Talk to them yourself and just pay the money. We have no warranty for our mistakes. I paid extea for a "piece of mind", which they still dont offer any help. Why use HR BLOCK if they dont even help when they mess up your taxes?
Mike was our tax expert and he was wonderful. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and he was happy to answer all of our questions. The best part by far was his humor. We laughed quite a bit while completing our taxes, we didn't even know that was possible. Lovely experience overall!
