I have been trying to call. When the notice for the email advance came out and was told I would get a call back or put on hold, missing my chance to get on the books for Monday the 3rd. I am not happy and you should grant me the time on the 3rd being your staff like to give people the run around

No help when they make mistakes. Had me pay $300 less then needed, IRS charged $700 in interest. Calling HR BLOCK, thier answer is: we dont get between you and IRS. Talk to them yourself and just pay the money. We have no warranty for our mistakes. I paid extea for a "piece of mind", which they still dont offer any help. Why use HR BLOCK if they dont even help when they mess up your taxes?
