Had a rough experience with them at first, however they have since worked hard to make amends and have been very receptive to the situation. I feel that they have more than earned a second chance and a change in review.
Grossly overpriced. Complete rip off, avoid them as best you can. Simple tax returns that take less than 2 hours to complete should not cost 550$. You’re better off hiring a CPA at this rate.
