Overcharged for services and when I asked why, didn't ever reach back to me on what caused the sudden increase of charged services. Never going back
Totally messed up the copies we needed to send by mail. Federal form was missing, not signed. We called to hear if it was OK. No one would give us the right answer or even pass the call on to the preparer. We then drow back to the office where another preparer kindly let us in and indeed most of it was missing. The next day we went back to speak to the original preparer and have the form signed again. We were met with total rudeness.
