They don’t follow up when promised. They don’t call for scheduled appointments, like they’re supposed to. I’ve been trying to get support with an amended tax return and it’s been taking extra phone calls on my end because the employees aren’t doing their jobs. I honestly won’t be using them next year to file my current taxes because of all of these issues.
The guy is a poor listener cuts you off not professional and no help what’s so ever I been doing my taxes here for the last couple years it’s the last time I deal with these clowns
Terry Nash was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and accurate. H&R is a little expensive.
This past year was financially complicated and difficult for me. Lynette Nadeau took care of all my issues in a professional manner and made me feel confident that my taxes were handled correctly while she explained everything as she went along.
