Wont answer the phone, did our taxes wrong, over priced and can’t give tax advice
The worst tax filing experience of my life. They won't even talk to me over the phone. Their manager was supposed to call me 3 weeks ago. They rush you out of the office. Won't schedule an appointment with me. They didn't send the IRS the money I owed them after I gave them all my routing information. Do not trust them. They are way overpriced and are a huge rip off. I am an international student, and my tax situation is a bit different from the standard case. I initially completed my taxes with their help, and the process was smooth. We did not have a good experience. My daughter was charged WAY to much. They did not get it done in time. She is just 19 and not alot to do for it. So not sure why it took so long. Or why it cost so much? Comuntication was terrible. I will not use them agian. Or recommend them.
If I could leave no start I would this place is a joke.Daniel Herbert don’t know what he is doing at all. He did my taxes and I got one of them the state one has not gotten here and been tell him and still files the wrong one. Unless you want a delay or money stolen from you don’t go here been at this since February and nothing get done.
