We did not have a good experience. My daughter was charged WAY to much. They did not get it done in time. She is just 19 and not alot to do for it. So not sure why it took so long. Or why it cost so much? Comuntication was terrible. I will not use them agian. Or recommend them.
If I could leave no start I would this place is a joke.Daniel Herbert don’t know what he is doing at all. He did my taxes and I got one of them the state one has not gotten here and been tell him and still files the wrong one. Unless you want a delay or money stolen from you don’t go here been at this since February and nothing get done.
These people just are so rude. They talk shit about every customer that comes in and out. I would never file with H & R block. What a scam, taking so much money from the people to do a voluntary service that is federal taxes every year.
First time going through them, I usually do them my self but I figured I’d try and see if I’m missing something and the scheduling price online said under $100. Got there and they did my taxes and at the end said this apt was over $300!! They should sit you down and tell you about the charges that go with documents before you do it. I will be filing myself in the future and saving money for sure
