First time going through them, I usually do them my self but I figured I’d try and see if I’m missing something and the scheduling price online said under $100. Got there and they did my taxes and at the end said this apt was over $300!! They should sit you down and tell you about the charges that go with documents before you do it. I will be filing myself in the future and saving money for sure
Was great now they charge about $350 to do your taxes. Crazy that they went from doing it for $50 to $350. If you have another way to do your taxes don't use them
Been taking my taxes into HR block for years. I do them myself because its more difficult, have them double ck everything pay $$$ hundreds of dollars just to get the backing of their gaurantees and help if ever needed...The boys who now are working at this specific location are a joke (Denver Ave) unqualified and rude. I will never, ever give my business to H&R Block again. I will find a local tax specialist. The young woman who prepared my taxes was rude and disrespectful. Horrible service!!
