My experience using H&R Block was horrible. My tax advisor did not know how to complete my taxes. She had to ask for help from someone else multiple times. I uploaded my documents ahead of my scheduled 15-minute appointment. My appointment ended up being 50 minutes long and then I was charged $375 because I had tax forms from out of state. I had a great experience with Sheila Young in the Boiling Springs office. I worked with another H&R Block representative for years, but she recently moved out of state. After getting the initial recommendation for Sheila, I found another source that similarly endorsed her. I was able to make an appointment that matched my schedule, uploaded all of my documents to their website (which I highly recommend you do in advance) then met with her.
