My tax preparer Roberta Norman FAILED TO: file my taxes as I requested, communicate effectively with me despite my MANY efforts, and treat me as a valued customer. She made a mistake that has had adverse effects on my finances and although she admits it was her error, she has refuses to take any steps to make it right or even apologize. Complete waste of time at this office. They advertise that the notary service does not need an appointment, it is a walk in basis. We showed up and needed to wait for two witnesses. There were other people in the office and we had no problem waiting for her to help others that had their stuff ready. Once our witnesses arrived, which was about 5 to 10 minutes later, suddenly she doesn't have time to help us. Refused to help, refused to provide the service they advertise.
