My tax preparer Roberta Norman FAILED TO: file my taxes as I requested, communicate effectively with me despite my MANY efforts, and treat me as a valued customer. She made a mistake that has had adverse effects on my finances and although she admits it was her error, she has refuses to take any steps to make it right or even apologize. Complete waste of time at this office. They advertise that the notary service does not need an appointment, it is a walk in basis. We showed up and needed to wait for two witnesses. There were other people in the office and we had no problem waiting for her to help others that had their stuff ready. Once our witnesses arrived, which was about 5 to 10 minutes later, suddenly she doesn't have time to help us. Refused to help, refused to provide the service they advertise. The lady that helped me wasted my time. Now I have to go back Again after today. She acted bossy rushy and rude. She talked about nonsense which in my opinion wasted the time that I needed from her. Went in there talked about nothing then left without getting anything done. She wasted the time inappropriately.
