I wish I could leave -10 stars. Please please please don’t entertain the idea of giving this branch your business. The ENTIRE staff are the absolute worst. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior. Ridiculous.
Horrible experience. Bad communication. Bad Tax preparers. They don’t respect your time when you schedule reviews. Been trying to finish my taxes since July 2024 and in Feb of 2025 there are still issues. This store is key for wasting money, AND time.
After using TurboTax for 20+ years, it has progressively gotten worse. Julie G was fantastic and solving our tax issues. Not only professional, she was just kind. A good person to interact with. Thank you Julie. Even though it may cost a bit to go with H and R Block, I will probably be switched over for life.
