Bait and switch. Advertise $99 for tax filing and then charge $260 for 1 W2 + 1 1098 Escrow doc. Simplest return ever. If mine isn't a $99 return, there is no way anyone else would ever get that. Oh, and you will be upsold every single service and add on they can possibly offer throughout the entire process. Spent more time checking "decline" than actually anything else. I would like to give a big thanks to Victor he did an awesome job in preparing my taxes next year I want to request Victor again as I have an appointment set up for next year. Once Again thank you Victor for staying late and helping out an 65-year-old lady. I really do appreciate you for saving me money I would have never gotten back.
