I went into H&R Block in Lake Jackson and got welcomed walking through the door by Elizabeth. She has a positive attitude and took the time to welcome me. She made me feel very comfortable. I will be returning next year.
Very nice and sweet receptionist, who was very informative, I believe her name was Elissia, she was able to answer questions I needed to know about how to set appointment and time office was available. Very patient with all my questions.
