They asked for my driver license and social upon sit down with them. I gave it to them. Then they proceeded to enter an old home address, from another state, from 16 years ago which I wasnt able to see. How they can screw that up makes me really question how good of a job they did on my tax return. Only found out by having IRS informing me of this. Confirmed when I checked out my tax papers they gave me back upon signing docs after speaking with IRS. Smdh I gave them a shot, definetly wont return to them.
Chris was fantastic and made the appointment a breeze. Highly recommend him to handle your taxes!
