Jose Moya, was awful!!! I will never be going back. I specifically told him that I was filing independently and then he decides to file me as a dependent. When I addressed my concerns he said that everything filed was wrong and that to fix it, and that it would be 100 dollars (after I already payed the first time filing). I think a toddler could’ve done a better job. He seemed to have no idea what he was doing and I hope I can save someone from getting scammed.
Ashley has been doing my taxes for 4 or 5 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. She always remembers were I am in life and asks about my adventures. Lots of great information and advice tax wise each year.
This is my third year going to this office and every experience has been wonderful. I just walk in and get assisted.
