I've been going to H&R Block on Colonial in Fort Myers for 4 years straight. I wouldn't continue going there if they weren't the best in the business. Elaine Segreo has been my tax preparer since 2020 and I've never been disappointed with my tax return. They are fast, courteous and get you in and out within 30 minutes when other people take hours. I highly recommend H&R Block Fort Myers.
I had a telephone appointment today at 5:30 pm with one of the CPAs there.By 5:45 pm since I didn’t hear from them I called cause I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to call or wait for them to call back.I was told the person was busy with a client ,but will call me back shortly.No one called me.How unprofessional.
Did not give upfront pricing. Told of extra charges after taxes were done.. do not use this office
