Jill is incredibly experienced, helpful, and communicative. She's the kind of professional who truly knows her stuff - I had issues from past filings that other professionals completely missed , and she caught and corrected them straight away. Worst banking experience ever. Not one time but three times fraud has happened and it's a nightmare dealing with their terrible call line and fraud protection people. I got a number the first time I called and they said I was my claim number, a week later they don't that number so I had to restart my claim. Incompetent banking and the call line us the worst. I have now had two really great experiences with this location. Today I swore something had to be wrong with my taxes, and after waiting for over an hour on the phone I decided to come in to the office. Even though I was filing online, and we are close to the wire, Andrew Cole took the time to walk me through the entire process to validate that my taxes were correct (much to my disappointment). Everyone I have ever interacted with in this office has been super helpful and professional!
