I hadn’t filed my taxes in quite some time and I scheduled my appointment, I was on time and so were they. Marilyn was my tax professional and she was great! Patient, very informative and pleasant to work with. I will definitely come back next year to work with her again. If you a looking to do your taxes with ease I suggest you request her to work with you. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. I understand this is a corporate business so choose wisely, but most importantly do your taxes.
The people at this office are amazing. The office manager Rebecca was so helpful with getting to my awesome Tax Pro Ricardo Posadas. He helped me get caught up on all my taxes. I'll never go any where else.

Horrible and LAZY not only did they refuse to get my transcripts and my W-2 forms when that’s exactly what we’re paying them for, but they also then denied to service us When I go to the H&R Block originally on Charleston and Nellis, if I were you definitely drive past this location do everything but going to this location because they are here to take your money and not here to service you go to Monica at H&R Block on Charleston Nellis and she will get your W-2 forms because like they said inside they are working with the I... read more
