I will never in my life go to this location again. This was my first and last time. The people seemed like they didn't know what they were doing when I had to pay. I was charged 3 times for a transaction for their work when I should have only been charged once.They made me keep putting my pin number in because they said it didn't take but it shows on my account it went through.I got no refund at all it was the money for their work only. I highly recommend H&R Block and especially recommend Kimberly Hogan 👌 She does a great job at making sure she gets every tax credit you deserve as well as explaining everything as you go along. She also gives you valuable tips on next years taxes. She's filed my taxes 2 years in a row now and she's got my business for life.
