This place made a mess with my taxes. In the beginning and prior to the completion of my return I was told by my "tax pro" that she was going to price match the fee for our tax return. When I reviewed my return I saw that it in fact was not price matched and was $98 higher. I spoke to the manager and she said "but you see a discount right"? The manager then proceeded to lie to me.
